Rachel Konar was Aardvark’s very first employee and her contribution to the growth and success of Aardvark is second only to our founder and owner, Larry Borden. Initially hired as a Program Manager, she was responsible for managing the daily operations and logistics of multiple tours, and it was in that role that she was able to hone her skills in client relationship management, hiring, training, DOT compliance, budget management, and more. Through several years of hard work, dedication, and proven success, Rachel was promoted to the role of VP of Tour Operations, where she now leads a team of Program Managers who develop, implement, execute and analyze the success of all client programs – spanning more than 5,000 events per year.
Rachel’s career growth and success closely parallels the style and trajectory of Aardvark itself. Smart, scrappy, always improving and relentlessly focused on delivering for the customer every day.
